Having worked extensively throughout her career with individuals and teams to develop and improve their golf game, Gillian Burrell has seen first hand the impact that perception and mindset have on performance. As a leading expert in coaching and coach education, Gillian has worked as a Training Consultant with many different governing bodies throughout Ireland. She also spent several years working with the ILGU as Leinster Coach and travelling Coach with the Irish ladies and Girls teams, helping Ireland win their only European Junior Championship in 2009. Current Tour players Leona & Lisa Maguire, Stephanie Meadow were members of that team. Gillian also coached the Irish Ladies Champion in 2010 as well as the Ladies European Tour Members and Access players.
