Members from interested golf clubs will receive either group or one-to-one virtual training over three months guiding them to develop best-practice processes and tactics to grow the club’s performance.

Our EMPOWER360 REVENUE Course is designed to take a deep dive into your club’s strengths and weaknesses and give you some first-hand tips and tools to help your club collect subscriptions and enhance your member and visitor experience. The goals of this live online course are to:

Eileen is a CIMA Accountant, Corporate Social Responsibility Practitioner and Well-Being Coach. Eileen combines her holistic practices and corporate world experience to help deliver organisational change which sustains for years to come.
Eileen spent many years in the senior ranks of Failte Ireland and Carr Golf. Eileen now works independently, empowering clients through change and building confidence, while maintaining a working environment of calm.
