Gillian works with Golf and Sports organisations assisting in training coaches to the highest standards and writing training manuals to support these efforts, including Junior Golf Ireland and Special Olympics Ireland. She also worked with The Confederation of Golf in Ireland (CGI) on the Get into Golf programme designed to support Golf Clubs in recruiting new members and increasing revenue and making golf more accessible to a wider audience.

Gillian has also designed and delivered CPD workshop Excellent Coaching 1 for PGA Professionals for the PGA/SPORT NI and has worked with Junior Golf Ireland co-authored 2 training manuals for Junior coaching
